CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy for Standard Rate:
  • Cancellation is free of charge if done 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • After this time, a 100% room rate cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Rate (Option 1):
  • For non-refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible.
  • In case of cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Rate (Option 2):
  • For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to “Check-in,” no cancellation fees apply.
  • A refund of the total amount shall be granted.

Note: Please choose either Option 1 or Option 2 based on your preference for the non-refundable rate.
